When a Live Show is scheduled, the countdown timer will be displayed on the website. It will
indicate how many days and/or how much time is remaining until the show starts.

If you’re having trouble joining, clear your cache and cookies first or try a different browser.

If you’re having trouble logging in then please make sure you enter both Username and Password in
correctly each time you get prompted. Logins are cAsE SeNsItIvE. Old logins can get stored by
browsers so you may have to clear your browser cache and cookies. If you think you entered your
login incorrectly too many times, then just wait about 10-15 minutes and try again.

To download a video, go to the video that you would like to download. Once you are viewing the
video, click the dropdown menu on the upper right side of the video player labeled, “Choose Format”.

Some members might experience this issue due to slow internet speeds. Our videos are HD quality and
do consume a lot of data. If you experience buffering issues, please try the following: Change the
video format by clicking on the dropdown button label “Choose Format”. If selecting a lower
resolution does not correct the issue, please try refreshing the video. If all else fails, you have
